One of my favorite things about our job is educating people about their buildings and how to ultimately save them money by restoring and preserving their building.  Often times no one sees what is happening in a parking garage for example, until concrete starts to crack and fall onto cars.  Don’t let that happen.  Call us first.  We are happy to perform a site evaluation to save you money and keep your tenants safe. 

Additionally, we love a deep dive investigation. If your structure has a waterproofing or structural issue that no one has been able to figure out, contact us. Our experience has a broad base and our methods are engineer geared. We have a knack for solving mysteries.
